Warrior Tai Chi Yoga

A unique combo of Tai Chi & Yoga set to powerful music 

designed to:

This 30-min practice is all-level friendly and no previous experience with Yoga or Tai Chi is necessary!

This can be offered as a specialty class or in a private or small group setting.

Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry as a Certified Wellness Coach specializing in Ayurvedic Self-Care and Nutrition. In addition, she also holds an Associate Degree

in Social Science.


Debbie’s avocations are driven by her own healthy and balanced lifestyle and empowering others
